Necessary for pet containment or exclusion or to keep animals such as deer out of your property. Must be attached to the bottom of the fence otherwise the critters can push up under it. Suggested that the stakes be placed one every 4 ft for deer, one every ft for dogs, and one every 2 ft for cats.
