BOO-TIFUL HALLOWEEN DIYS!

Now that fall is officially here, it’s a great time to start putting into action those Halloween decoration ideas you had lingering in your mind all summer long!

You may be asking yourself how in the world is fence and Halloween related in any way ? Boy oh boy are you in for a scary surprise! There are so many unique decor ideas for you to bring back to life your front door, living room and even more your front lawn!

Chicken wire is by far the best types of wire to use to create real life ghosts. These ghosts are sure to be a hit in your front lawn this Halloween night! With some basic tools  and imagination you will have these up in no time. These spook-tacular ghosts can be created right in the comfort of your living room so be sure to pop in Disney’s Hocus Pocus to get you in the mood!

You will need:

  • chicken wire: one roll, 36 inches wide, 25 feet long (you’ll have some left over for other projects)
  • wire cutter
  • a small roll of thin wire you can bend and twist with your fingers
  • green fluorescent paint (optional)
  • landscaping stakes to anchor it to the ground

Now don’t throw away that leftover chicken wire quite yet. We have plenty more of DIY projects that will knock any witches socks off this Halloween. Perhaps you wanted something simple yet very cool for your front door but can’t think of exactly what? Well dont you worry! Lets try to create another witchy project that is extremely simple and fun to make like this BOO-TASTIC wreath

For this project you will need:

  • black spray paint
  • red dew drops
  • Halloween Glitter Ghost cardstock
  • glue

Very cool huh? Hope your wreath looks just as wicked this Halloween!

Last but not least my favorite Halloween DIY project for this year is CHICKEN WIRE LIGHT BALLS! What is so neat about these chicken wire light balls is that you can pretty much use them all year round. Switch out the mini lights and the possibilities are endless! Another great perk about creating your own chicken wire light balls is that you can basically make them any size you want. Chicken wire is very easy to bend, twist, untwist and to fold too!

For this project you will need the following:

  • chicken wire
  • small wire cutters
  • a measuring tape
  • gloves
  • LED lights

The frightening masterpiece!

We hope that with all of these great DIY projects you find yourself screaming for more! Chicken wire has a wide range of uses aside from being a garden or farming need. Not only is the cost affordable but the end results are wickedly awesome!
